Job Description:

  • Strong Experience in Customer/Client Handling.
  • Experience in B2B/B2C/Corporate Sales.
  • Generate leads through cold calling which should lead to Conversion (should have knowledge how to sell Web Services and Digital Marketing Services)
  • Follow-up calls, E-mail to prospects
  • Assistance to achieve business development process
  • Establishing initial contact and gathering information
  • Should have experience on online portals like Freelancer, Guru, Upwork, Elance, Truelancer
  • Should possess sufficient knowledge on the modern marketing and sales techniques pertaining to social media and online channels, and make full use of them to bring in business opportunities
  • Should have knowledge about requirements of the project related to software development to digital marketing promotion
  • Exposure to IT Service/Outsourcing/Staffing Industry.
  • Managing End-To-End activities related to Client Acquisition/Retention.
  • Responsible for New Client Acquisition and Existing Client Retention.
  • Generate new business opportunities and requirement gathering from existing clients/ new
  • Responsible for Identifying; expanding opportunities with clients; customer retention.
  • Responsible for Customer Success management
  • Responsible for Marketing, Company Branding and PR Activities.
  • Focused more on Strategy planning and the targets.
  • Must be target driven and must be able to thrive in a time pressured environment
  • Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally.
  • Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.
  • Prepare & present weekly/monthly/ quarterly/ yearly Business reviews to client & management.
  • Should come up with “out of the box” ideas and strategies to generate more business
  • Should create and manage the database, plan marketing collaterals, website content,
  • presentations, brochures and establish right contacts.
  • Should possess an excellent command over verbal/written communication, good presentation skills, interpersonal skills and convincing skills.
  • Should be well proficient in English and other popular foreign languages and be ready to travel anywhere according to business requirements whenever required.
  • Should be highly skilful in strategising different channels to reach out the key decision makers and establish contacts.
